Pre sales services
Our services cover all stages of the project management. This includes, according to requirements, visits and a customer specific consultation at project stage, during planning and engineering. We also compile a customer specific offer and ensure that the order processing is completed on time.
After sales services
Our highly qualified service team consists of specialists with extensive and long standing experience in different areas. This includes supervisors as well as commissioning and electrical engineers. Whether installation, supervision, commissioning, inspection or revision and modernization. Our motto is: We will not leave you alone, not before and not after the sales.
Special service offers
Our special offer include for instance on-the-job training, trouble shooting and fault recovery, research into plant optimization as well as service contracts for deployment.
Test plant
Our engineers work constantly on improving existing and developing new, innovative products and processes. For this, we are operating a test plant, in which numerous patented products and processes are developed. The possibility to test your bulk material in our test plant to gain valuable information about the further processing and to convince you of the reliability of our product, also exists.
